Backorders: Any item that is out of stock, will be placed on backorder, which will be held for 2 weeks. No charge will be made, until the items have been shipped. After 2 weeks, all backorders will be cancelled, unless we are notified otherwise. (Items in stock will be shipped immediately.)

Damages/Missing Items: If any item(s) is damaged/missing, please save all packing material and notify us within 5 days. We will inform you of the necessary action thereafter.

Postage: All merchandise will be shipped from our Port Vue location via UPS or USPS Priority Mail to all 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and out of country orders will be shipped via USPS - please call for shipping rates. Overnight and Second Day Delivery are also available, please call for shipping rates. In stock items will be shipped within 3 business days.

Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal and Money Orders.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it for credit towards other merchandise or a full refund, less shipping. The order must be returned in original packing.
